The Designer Outlet Salzburg is located directly on the A1 motorway and can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car.
The EUROPARK is located directly on the outskirts of Salzburg and is easily accessible by all means of transport. From our hotel you drive about 20 minutes, or by bus about 25-30 minutes.

Yes, we need the credit card details as a guarantee or to pay for the booking on promotional rates. If a credit card is deposited we guarantee to hold your reservation until your arrival.
At check-in you can then decide if you want to pay for your reservation in cash or by credit card, if it has not already been paid in advance.

If you do not want to send your credit card information through the Internet, you can fax them.

For a pre-authorization, the card-issuing bank will do a reservation on your credit card. This means that your credit card will not be charged effectively.
However, you cannot dispose of the reserved amount for a certain duration. This procedure, for example, serves the hotel as payment security.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, this must be done within the stated cancellation period. The cancellation policy can be found on the booking confirmation. Please feel free to contact our reservation department for inquiries.
If you have failed to cancel your reservation in the requested time frame, the hotel will charge you the first night. Please note that our hotel offers different rates and therefore different cancellation conditions.
