Our patisserie team has succeeded in creating a small, fine culinary sensation.

The „Salzburger Nockerl to go“ – a piece of fluffy-sweet Salzburg. This delicacy can be eaten at the Mirabell Coffee Bar, in the most beautiful corners of the city or in the comfort of your own home. In just 6 minutes we bake the Salzburger Nockerl in the Mirabell Coffee Bar.

Trust, handshake quality and region – that’s what Mirabell Coffee Bar stands for. That is why regionality is not just any old buzzword for us. The region is both our larder and our most important supplier. That’s why we work almost exclusively with Salzburg companies.

  • Our delightfully crispy pastries come from the Unterbäck bakery.

  • Meat and sausages are supplied by the Renner butcher’s shop in Siezenheim.

  • The fresh fruit and crunchy vegetables of the season are grown by the Walser vegetable farmers.

  • Delicious teas from the Bioteaque

Whether it’s a fluffy croissant, fragrant bread, fresh organic egg or our bistro specialties, everything is freshly prepared with love every day.

We have selected only the best and highest quality products from the region for you.

For example, the organic eggs from IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn, from Irdning in Ennstal.
The chickens enjoy their life in the open air at the foot of the Grimmings. That’s important to us. And we are convinced: eggs from happy chickens simply taste better.
