From 18th July to 13th August 2020, Head Chef Adis Balic and his team will be conjuring up their magic once again at the Braurestaurant IMLAUER, in the form of their chanterelle-based specialities. From a green salad through to roasted dumplings with chanterelles, our menu contains everything you could wish for containing the most-loved fungus in our local woods. The motto for this promotion is “seasonal and regional”.
