Our cuisine is inspired by the traditional brasseries of France: uncomplicated, high-quality and full of flavor. We rely on selected ingredients, seasonal freshness and recipes that have inspired generations – reinterpreted without losing their character. First-class quality in every respect, that is our promise to you. With the estate of our IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn, we have become producers ourselves. We deliver some of the products directly from our own farm to our Brasserie Mirabell. From our own organic eggs in our desserts to home-grown sprouts & herbs on your favorite dish: this is quality as we define it. Genuine. Better.

Our selection brings together wines with strong character from the best-known wine regions as well as exciting discoveries from small winegrowers. Whether a velvety red wine, fresh Sauvignon Blanc or an elegant Crémant – each wine tells its own story and invites you to discover it sip by sip.

The wine is accompanied by a fine selection of classic specialties: crusty baguettes, aromatic cheeses and small dishes that are perfect for sharing. Uncomplicated, authentic and always with that certain something.
