A TASTE OF THE REGION

Only quality products grow in Salzburg soil. We’re sure of it.
We are 100% behind the natural products that our region has to offer and local partners, who provide them. You’ll be able to taste that they are of the highest quality. For this reason and because – as a family-owned company – this region is close to our heart, we purchase our products from local partners.

Our breads and pastries come from the Rösslhuber bakery in Bergheim, and the eggs from the Saalfeldener organic farm “Thoman”. We buy fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables from Wals farmers named Roider and Schwaighofer, and fish and seafood from the Grüll fishmongers in Grödig (south of Salzburg). Our sausages and other meats are supplied by Fleischerei Renner, a butcher’s in Siezenheim.

This constant focus on regionality means we can guarantee best quality and maximum freshness, all year round. We add value to the local economy, and keep the supply routes short – thus contributing to sustainability.

This also closes the circle in terms of us being a family business – at the end of the day, a family-run operation must be concerned enough to work in a way which conserves limited resources. As the younger generations would expect of us.
