Bread and pastries come from the Rösslhuber bakery in Bergheim, eggs from the Thoman organic farm in Saalfelden. We source fresh, seasonal fruit, potatoes and vegetables from the Walser farmers Schwaighofer and Roider, 100% of our meat products come from the Austrian butcher Renner, all dairy products are sourced from Salzburg Milch and fish and seafood from the Grüll fishmongers in Grödig.
With this consistent focus on regionality, we guarantee the best quality and maximum freshness all year round. We create local added value and keep transportation routes as short as possible – thus contributing to sustainability.
This also closes the circle in terms of us being a family business – at the end of the day, a family-run operation must be concerned enough to work in a way which conserves limited resources. As the younger generations would expect of us.
