Welcome to a culinary walk through the year! Every month we present a different culinary theme, which we serve you at the IMLAUER brewery restaurant in the form of delicious and visually appealing culinary delights. Special menus are served on Advent weekends and at Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

The dishes change from month to month – what remains the same are the always fresh and regional ingredients that chef Adis Balic and his team compose into down-to-earth, refined or even exotic dishes.
