With the estate at our IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn, we have become producers ourselves. We supply some of the products directly from our own estate to our IMLAUER Sky Restaurant. From our own eggs, produced under certified organic farming practices in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 [AT-BIO-302], used in our desserts, to the sprouts and herbs we grow ourselves that top your favorite dish: that’s quality as we define it.
