We are committed to achieve continuous improvement in all of these areas. This endevour is supported by our guests and staff; they are actively involved in choosing achieving the goals. Based on many years experience, the following key activities have emerged that promise sustainable success.
Green Hotels & Meetings
The IMLAUER Hotels & Restaurants make a clear commitment to protect the environment. All IMLAUER businesses have been certified with the Austrian eco-label in 2015 and therefore, they make an above-average contribution to substainable tourism.
We believe that only satisfied employees with fair working conditions and fair wages can guarantee that satifaction of our guests. Fair and equal treatment increasingly attracts well-trained staff with specific infustry know-how, which ensures high quality for our guests.
The employee social fund was established in 2014 to assist our workers and employees in emergencies. This fund to which only the owner contributed, guarantees fast and uncomlicated financial aid. Employees thank us with their loyalty.
Guests with special needs
Whether for a vacation or a business trip, all of our hotel rooms are easily reached by elevators.
Moreover, we are working to build completely accesible rooms in every hotel. Our restaurants, whether in the basement, on the ground floor, or on the 6th floor, can be reached by large elevators. All of our event rooms have access for disabled persons and can be tailored to individual needs. The main entrences are not accessible at all hotels, but we offer accessible side entrances, and our staff is always happy to help
PURCHASE & RESOURCES
We want to create value directly in the region with our employees, suppliers and coorperation partners. Therefore, we maintain long-term and stable relations with our suppiers, staff, and regional cooperation partners. Our commitment to the enviroment is reflected not only in short-term measures and objectives, but also in long-term our aspirations. Our employees are encouraged to pay attention to the efficient use of resources during daily operations. Our guests can also contribute. If a guest forgoes the cleaning of the room during a multi-day-stay, they will be rewarded with a voucher for the hotel bar. Guests may also reuse towels, if desired. A few small actions make a big impact in terms of water, energy, and chemical consumption.
