In our hotels, ONLY the joy of service should be contagious.

The highest hygiene measures have been taken for you, because your health & safety are our priority. Your room was freshly disinfected before your stay.

Numerous disinfectant dispensers are available throughout the building for regular disinfection. Our employees also regularly disinfect their hands and are vaccinated, recovered or regularly tested in accordance with the “3-G rule”. Plexiglas screens have also been installed at the reception desks.

Entry to Austria

Entry from abroad to Austria has been possible since May 19, 2021. You need a valid negative PCR or antigen test, have recovered or been vaccinated.

To enter the country, please register in advance: https://entry.ptc.gv.at/. Persons who have stayed exclusively in Austria or in “countries with a low incidence of infection” in the ten days prior to entry are exempt from registration.

The “3 G rule” applies in hotels and restaurants, i.e. access only for people who have been tested, recovered or vaccinated.

Validity period of the various tests:

  • PCR tests: 72 hours
  • Antigen tests from authorized bodies (test lane, pharmacy, doctor): 48 hours
  • Self-tests that are recorded in an official data collection system: 24 hours
  • Proof of vaccination can be provided by means of a vaccination certificate, vaccination card or printout (from the 22nd day after the first dose)
  • Recovery: notice of isolation, antibody test, etc.
Note on antibody tests: Evidence of neutralizing antibodies counts for three months from the time of testing.
  • From a stay of two nights, a controlled self-test
is mandatory. An appropriate room will be provided for you. We ask you to take a self-test with you, alternatively you can also purchase one at reception. Public testing stations are also available in the immediate vicinity.

A prevention concept and a Covid-19 officer have been implemented and are in place at IMLAUER.

The following also applies in the catering trade:

  • Mandatory registration for stays longer than 15 minutes (therefore does NOT apply to takeaways) until July 22, 2021

Changes as of July 1:

  • No statutory closing time
  • No distance regulations
  • No restrictions on the number of people in the restaurant
  • No mask requirement for guests and employees in indoor and outdoor catering areas
  • from July 22, 2021 no registration obligation in the gastronomy sector
  • Typical night-time gastronomy and club scene reopens
  • No upper attendance limit for events with or without assigned seating
  • Consumption of food and drinks is again permitted while standing without an assigned seat
