Our IMLAUER catering team creates a unique experience for culture lovers at the restaurant tent specially erected for the Siemens Fest>Spiel>Nächte. From our restaurant IMLAUER on Kapitelplatz you have an excellent view of the LED wall and thus enjoy not only historical and current festival performances, such as Jedermann, the Magic Flute or Il Trittico, but also highlights for your palate.
In general, we recommend to be there about an hour before the show starts, so that you can enjoy dinner before the start of the respective screen program and then take your time to enjoy the performance of the Siemens Fest >Spiel >Nächte.

Once again this year, the Siemens>Fest>Spiel>Nächte open up highlights of the Salzburg Festival to the general public without an admission fee. You can expect an open-air spectacle from July 26 – August 31, 2024 in the usual high quality of picture and sound.

The versatile offer of the Open Air Restaurant IMLAUER am Kapitelplatz is the perfect supporting program to operas, operettas, plays and concerts. Choose from the numerous culinary highlights on our à la carte menu.

In our take-away area we serve you Drinks & snacks to-go. Completely without reservation full of pleasure to go.
FESTIVAL BREAKFAST
Start the day with pleasure
On all Saturdays during the Siemens Fest>Spiel>Nächte, selected concert highlights from the Salzburg Festival will be heard on Kapitelplatz as early as 10:00 in the morning. We will be happy to spoil you with exquisite breakfast variations from 9:30 a.m. on these days.
Indulgence and regionality are the focus alongside cultural highlights. Our products come from our local partners in the region, such as the organic free-range eggs from Thomangut in Saalfelden, from IMLAUER Landgut Schloss Pichlarn or the char from Fischhandel Grüll in Grödig.
