From the end of July to the beginning of August, our team will be conjuring up their magic once again at the Braurestaurant IMLAUER, in the form of their chanterelle-based specialities.
From a green salad through to roasted dumplings with chanterelles, our menu contains everything you could wish for containing the most-loved fungus in our local woods. The motto for this promotion is “seasonal and regional”.
