Arrival

Has a so-called pre-authorization (reservation) been placed on your credit card? To avoid potential missunderstandings, please note the following points.

A pre-authorization is when an amount is reserved on your credit card by the card-issuing bank.
This means that your credit card has not actually been charged! However, the reserved amount will not be available to you for a certain period of time. This procedure serves to guarantee a merchant or hotel, for example, that sufficient credit is available for payment.

If you don’t own a credit card you can kindly do the payment by bank transfer.
For further information please contact the hotel per telephone or e-mail.

Yes, we need the credit card information as a guarantee or to pay for the booking for promotional rates.
If a credit card is deposited, we guarantee to hold your booking until your arrival. When you check in, you can decide wheter you want to pay for your booking in cash or by credit card, unless it has already been paid for in advance.

If you do not want to send your credit card information over the internet you can also send it to us by fax or telephone.

Our hotel is PCI verified and thus ensures the protection of your data.

Yes, teens are allowed to check in if they are minimum 16 years old.
They will need also a confirmation from their parents.

The nearest trainstation is Vienna Hauptbahnhof (Main train station)
This trainstation is connected with the metro line U1 (red line), which you can take directly till “Nestroyplatz”.

Yes! You can kindly leave your bags at the hotel for free.

No, unfortunately we do not offer porterage at the hotel.

Check In is possible from 3 p.m. If your room will be ready earlier, you can kindly check in before 3 p.m.

Gladly we’ll organize the pick up from the airport for you.
You can choose between:

A normal car (max. 4persons)                  EUR 49.00

A bus (max. 8 persons)                               EUR 75.00

For the booking do not hesitate to contact us per telephone or per E-Mail.

In Austria people are obliged to have a personal ID.
EU-Citizens – they just need a valid personal ID or passport.
NON EU-Citizens – they will need a valid passport.

Private parking places are available at the hotel and cost EUR 24 per day. (Reservation is not necessary.)

Depature

Your room can be hold until 12 o’clock.
A late check out is possible upon availibility and with charges

Gladly we’ll organize the pick up from the airport for you.

In the Hotel

WIFI is usable for free in the whole hotel.

You can do an exchange at the front desk or at the next exchange store.

If you want to change or cancel your booking, you have to do that within the specified cancellation period. In your booking confirmation you will find all the information regarding our cancellation policy.
You are welcome to contact our reservation department for canellation or change requests.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the required time, the hotel will charge you for the first night.
Please note that our hotel offers different rates and therefore different cancellation conditions.

“no-show” fees will be charged to the credit card you provided for guarantee.

No, smoking is prohibited in the whole hotel. Smoking rooms are not available.
On the balconys and terraces, which are combined with the rooms, smoking is also forbidden.

Next to the front desk on the ground floor we have a small garden where smoking is allowed.

In our hotel bar you have the possibility to get smaller snacks until 12p.m.

Please contact the hotel directly in order to be able to meet your needs.

No, we don’t offer a babysitter service, but we can kindly help with the organization.

Yes, the Viennese tap water comes directly from the mountains Schneeberg, Rax, Schneealpe and Hochschwab areas via two high spring pipes and supplies 400.000 m³ of fresh spring water daily.

Our front desk is working 24 hours.

Yes, dogs are welcome.
There is a surcharge of EUR 15,- per dog and night.

At the hotel you have the possibility to buy tickets for several sighteeing tours and concerts.

Near the Hotel

Next to the hotel threre are 3 supermarkets. (Billa, Hofer, Spar)

The next pharmacy is called “Bärenapotheke” and is located at Taborstraße 26. (3 minutes)
For opening times you can ask our front desk.

On Taborstraße 26, next to Erste Bank.

Fitness

Our guests have free access to sauna and gym.
For information about opening times and use please ask the front desk.

Culinary

Yes! Our breakfast buffet includes also dairy free products.
Gluten free bread is kindly possible on inquiry.

In our hotel bar you have the possibility to get smaller snacks until 12p.m.
