Arrival
However, you cannot dispose of the reserved amount for a certain period of time.
This procedure serves as payment security for the hotel, for example.

Do I need a credit card for booking? What are my credit card details needed for? Are they protected?
Yes, we need the credit card details as a guarantee or to pay for the booking in case of promotional rates.
If a credit card is on file, we guarantee to hold your booking until your arrival.
At check-in you can then decide whether you want to pay for your booking in cash or by credit card, unless it has already been paid for in advance.
If you do not want to send your credit card details over the Internet, you can also send them to us by fax or telephone.
Our hotel is PCI verified and thus guarantees the protection of your data.

Yes! You can kindly leave your bags at the hotel for free.
We will be happy to help you organize a transfer.

A bus for a maximum of 7 people EUR 80.00
The prices are per vehicle.

Private parking places are available at the hotel and cost EUR 26 per day. (Reservation is not necessary.)

Your room can be hold until 12 o’clock.
A late check out is possible upon availibility and with charges

In the Hotel
WIFI is usable for free in the whole hotel.
You can do an exchange at the front desk or at the next exchange store.
You are welcome to contact our reservations department for cancellation and change requests.
If you fail to cancel your reservation within the required time frame, the hotel will charge you for the first night.
Please note that our hotel offers different rates and therefore different cancellation conditions.
“no-show” fees will be charged to the credit card you provided for guarantee.
Smoking is also prohibited on the balconies connected to the rooms.
Next to the front desk on the ground floor we have a small garden where smoking is allowed.

Yes, the Viennese tap water comes directly from the mountains Schneeberg, Rax, Schneealpe and Hochschwab areas via two high spring pipes and supplies 400.000 m³ of fresh spring water daily.
Our rich breakfast buffet costs € 26 for adults and € 13 for children up to 11 years per person and day.
