Arrival

Your room is available on the day of arrival from 3pm at the latest. We’re happy to text you if your room is ready earlier.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11am, and to check out at reception. Our reception is manned 24 hours a day.

You can leave your luggage with us in the event that you arrive earlier or are heading off later than the given times.

We are happy to assist with the organisation of transfers. Please contact our team at the Hotel am Mirabellplatz for more information.

Guests may use the Mirabell Congress car park for a fee of €30 per day. No parking spaces can be reserved.
Our reception staff will provide you with a discount ticket, which you must insert into the relevant machine BEFORE leaving the car park. You’ll then pay €20 instead of €30 per 24 hours, per parking space.
The Mirabell Congress car park is just 150 metres from the Hotel am Mirabellplatz, i.e. 2 minutes by foot.

We offer you 1 e-charging station, where you may charge your car for 0.45 €/kWh. The parking fee for the charging station is € 19.00 for 24 hours. A reservation of the e-charging station is not possible.

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, using an EC / ATM, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners or JCB

Free WiFi is available to our guests throughout the hotel and in all rooms.

Our entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in front of the entrance area.

Dogs are also welcome. The extra charge is €20.00 per dog, per day.

The entire hotel has been fully air-conditioned since July 2019

Everyday shops can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The nearest pharmacy is located just around the corner, on Mirabellplatz. On “Linzer Gasse”, just a 4-minute walk from the hotel, you’ll find numerous shops and boutiques. The “Getreidegasse”, Salzburg’s most famous shopping street, is less than a 10-minute walk from the Hotel am Mirabellplatz.

Salzburg’s old town: The Hotel am Mirabellplatz is located right in the centre of Salzburg’s old town. Mirabell Palace and Mirabell Gardens are 200 metres away. Mozart’s house is just a 3-minute walk away. Mozart’s place of birth is at Getreidegasse No. 9 – a nice 8-minute walk away.

The Salzburg congress centre is about 200 metres away.
