The Ballroom
Up to 200 people can attend a party or meeting in the large ballroom. The light wood-panelled walls and the discreet and elegant decorative elements convey a certain charm and create a feel-good atmosphere in which you’ll be happy to stay.
Both for work meetings and product presentations as well as for private celebrations of all kinds – from anniversaries to Christmas parties – the well-lit ballroom of the Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu Salzburg is the perfect setting.
Are you looking to book the ballroom for a small group? Thanks to its flexible partition walls, the large ballroom can be divided into three separate meeting rooms: the “Munich”, the “Vienna” and the “Salzburg”.
Our top tip: During the breaks in your event, use the Gastgarten of the Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu, which is just a few steps away from the ballroom. Take a seat underneath the old chestnut trees and let the sun warm your bones – and experience some beer-garden atmosphere right in the middle of Salzburg!
Munich
The “Munich” room is part of the large ballroom and – using attractive, flexible, light-wood partition walls – can be divided into a room for up to 50 people.
The “Munich” room is a particularly atmospheric and cosy room with plenty of natural light, and is perfect for celebrations such as Christmas parties, family celebrations or seminars. The lighting can be precisely adapted to your individual needs.
Vienna
As part of the cosy ballroom, the “Vienna” room is large enough for up to 100 people. With its wood-panelled walls, the room exudes comfort and warmth – ideal for holding meetings and presentations in a pleasant atmosphere.
Depending on the kind of event you are planning for the “Vienna” room, we’ll adjust the lighting mood just for you. Also the buffet areas can be arranged according to your wishes. By the way: Thanks to its direct access to the inner courtyard deliveries are particularly practical and easy to receive.
Salzburg
The charming “Salzburg” room is part of the large ballroom at the Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu. Up to 25 people can party here in a cosy atmosphere, or hold meetings or private celebrations such as family or Christmas parties.
In terms of lighting, we’ll be happy to meet your personal requirements – depending on whether you are planning a business event or a private function.
Humboldt
Would you prefer to hold your meeting, conference or seminar in a smaller setting? Then the “Humboldt” is the right choice for you. On the first floor of Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu, this classic room lets in plenty of natural light through its large windows.
In your breaks you can relax in the adjoining foyer or in the cosy Braurestaurant on the ground floor.

Auersperg
The “Auersperg” room can be found on the first floor of the Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu. This room has been specially perfectly designed for meetings, conferences and seminars on a smaller scale.
Spend your breaks in the adjoining foyer or enjoy an authentic meal at our restaurant on the ground floor. Our beautiful beer garden is quite enticing when the weather is fine in the warmer months of the year.
You can sit underneath the old chestnut trees, drinking a cool glass of beer or eating one of our local specialities. Which is your favourite space? It’s entirely up to you.
