Arrival

We offer you 3 e-charging stations, where you may charge your car for 0.45 €/kWh. A reservation of an e-charging station is not possible.

We have parking spaces directly behind our hotel in the Humboldtstraße. The price is EUR 20.00 per night.

For Austrian/ EU citizens – ID or passport is required – non EU citizens – passport is required

No, we would be more than glad to reserve two rooms next to each other on request.

Dogs are allowed in our hotel. All other pets have to stay at home. Per night and per dog we charge € 25,-. This includes a blanket and a bowl for your dog for the duration of your stay.

We offer a free selection of Austrian newspapers in our restaurant. International press can be bought nearby.

We are a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is not allowed in our hotel.

Yes, we need the credit card details as a guarantee or to pay for the booking on promotional rates. If a credit card is deposited we guarantee to hold your reservation until your arrival.
At check-in you can then decide if you want to pay for your reservation in cash or by credit card, if it has not already been paid in advance.

If you do not want to send your credit card information through the Internet, you can fax them.

If you do not have a credit card, you can pay by prepayment. For more information, please call or e-mail the hotel.

For a pre-authorization, the card-issuing bank will do a reservation on your credit card. This means that your credit card will not be charged effectively.
However, you cannot dispose of the reserved amount for a certain duration. This procedure, for example, serves the hotel as payment security.

No, a credit card is enough to secure.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, this must be done within the stated cancellation period. The cancellation policy can be found on the booking confirmation. Please feel free to contact our reservation department for inquiries.
If you have failed to cancel your reservation in the requested time frame, the hotel will charge you the first night. Please note that our hotel offers different rates and therefore different cancellation conditions.
No Show charges will be charged to the credit card provided by you at the booking.

The Designer Outlet Salzburg is located directly on the A1 motorway and can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car.
The EUROPARK is located directly on the outskirts of Salzburg and is easily accessible by all means of transport. From our hotel you drive about 20 minutes, or by bus about 25-30 minutes.

It is 20 minutes from the hotel. You can go there by bus line number 1. The nearest stop is 200m from the hotel.

The old town of Salzburg can be reached within a 10-15 minute walk through the Mirabell Garden.
