Grand Chapitre d’Autriche

The Bailliage Salzburg was founded 50 years ago and since then the Chaîne des
Rôtisseurs has been deeply
deeply rooted in Salzburg. Top gastronomy and culinary delights are an integral part of the city’s DNA and are in no way inferior to Salzburg’s artistic and cultural highlights. For the big anniversary in October 2021, a Grand Chapitre d’Autriche was held to indulge and celebrate. True to the oath, the art of cooking and the culture of the table were honored.
