Fish at IMLAUER
Especially in late winter and spring, people like to eat fish. Traditionally used as a meat substitute during Lent or to get rid of those pesky pounds that have accumulated over the Christmas period.
The IMLAUER brewery restaurant celebrates the start of the fish season with a traditional herring feast. But on Shrove Tuesday, because nobody is thinking about fasting yet. Fish and seafood in all variations show the whole range of fish cuisine. The beautifully laid fish platters follow an old tradition and are both a feast for the eyes and a delight.
