Sous Chef (m/f/d) 4 or 5-day week full-time.

 

Your area of responsibility

  • You prepare excellent dishes independently and ensure that the food is presented attractively
  • You contribute creatively to the menu design
  • You handle food and raw materials carefully and responsibly
  • You support the planning, organization and coordination of kitchen processes
  • They ensure our high quality standards and an optimal process in compliance with hygiene standards and guidelines
  • You are jointly responsible for the management and organization of the kitchen team

Your profile

  • You have completed training and have experience in upscale gastronomy (kitchen)
  • You are familiar with hygiene standards and have very good product and technical knowledge
  • You are a flexible team player who your colleagues can rely on
  • You inspire with your high level of commitment and initiative
  • You have a very good command of German and English and a valid work permit
