Sous Chef (m/f/d) 4 or 5-day week full-time.
Your area of responsibility
- You prepare excellent dishes independently and ensure that the food is presented attractively
- You contribute creatively to the menu design
- You handle food and raw materials carefully and responsibly
- You support the planning, organization and coordination of kitchen processes
- They ensure our high quality standards and an optimal process in compliance with hygiene standards and guidelines
- You are jointly responsible for the management and organization of the kitchen team
Your profile
- You have completed training and have experience in upscale gastronomy (kitchen)
- You are familiar with hygiene standards and have very good product and technical knowledge
- You are a flexible team player who your colleagues can rely on
- You inspire with your high level of commitment and initiative
- You have a very good command of German and English and a valid work permit
