For many years now, the IMLAUER Catering team has enjoyed the trust of Salzburg’s politicians and the Salzburg Festival and has had the privilege of providing culinary services for the annual reception at the beginning of the Salzburg Festival in July.

IMLAUER Catering at the Austrian Alpine Open 2025
From May 29 to June 1, 2025, the international golfing elite teed off at the legendary Gut Altentann golf course in Henndorf – and the IMLAUER Catering Team was right in the middle of it all.
As the culinary partner of the Austrian Alpine Open 2025, we were able to accompany a sporting highlight at the highest level.
Whether in the exclusive VIP area or behind the scenes for the dedicated crew, our team worked passionately to ensure great moments of enjoyment that did justice to the world-class event.
Refined dishes, selected drinks and a service that left nothing to be desired also made the tournament days a culinary experience.
After a break of several years, the DP World Tour celebrated an impressive comeback in Austria – and we are proud to be part of this special chapter of the Austrian Alpine Open to have been part of this special chapter. The mixture of top sporting performances, breathtaking scenery and culinary excellence provided unforgettable goosebump moments.

The IMLAUER Catering Team organizes TOP EVENT
in Schladming 2023 & 2024
After the IMLAUER Catering team spoiled around 1,500 guests with culinary delights at “THE NIGHTRACE Schladming” in January 2023, IMLAUER Catering was also hired for 2024.
In both years, the IMLAUER team focused on exquisite cuisine and first-class service.
Every year, Schladming is the venue for perhaps the most spectacular ski race in the World Cup winter. The legendary night slalom transforms the Planai stadium into a witches’ cauldron. Up to 45,000 ski fans celebrate at this superlative ski event and turn night into day. The team from the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn and the IMLAUER catering team from Salzburg will provide culinary delights at this special sporting event.
The IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn is about a 35-minute drive from Schladming and served as the perfect “base” for the IMLAUER catering team as well as for all people with an affinity for sport, wellness and enjoyment.

The open-air restaurant IMLAUER on Kapitelplatz has been an integral part of the Salzburg summer for 25 years. In the middle of Salzburg’s old town, it offered guests from all over the world, but above all the people of Salzburg, culinary highlights in a unique atmosphere – with the best view of the big screen of the Siemens Fest>game>nights and under the breathtaking backdrop of Hohensalzburg Fortress.
This elaborate restaurant concept has accompanied the Siemens Fest>Spiel>nights since the very beginning and ensured a harmonious culinary and artistic coexistence.
The food was cooked and served in the usual first-class quality of the IMLAUER Sky – Bar & Restaurant. The challenge of running a restaurant at this high culinary level for an entire summer month was considerable. However, thanks to the professionalism, commitment and many years of experience of our team, this task was mastered with flying colors.
We would like to thank our partners for the good cooperation and, above all, our guests for their loyalty and are happy and grateful for the many extraordinary moments.
