Here you can choose the right thing for your own personal, enjoyable start to the day: from a “vital breakfast” with hummus, avocado-cress-cream bread and much more to a small “French breakfast” and the “IMLAUER Sky Breakfast”. Lovingly served on trays by our IMLAUER Sky team. Pleasure piles up here.

The taste of the region

Trust, handshake quality and region – that’s what we stand for as a family business. That is why regionality is not just any old buzzword for us. The region is both our larder and our most important supplier. That is why we work exclusively with Salzburg companies.

  • The deliciously crispy pastries come from the Rösslhuber bakery in Bergheim.

  • Meat and sausages are supplied by the Renner butcher’s shop in Siezenheim.

  • The fresh fruit and crunchy vegetables of the season are grown by the Walser vegetable farmers.

  • Delicious teas from the Bioteaque

  • And the delicately aromatic herbs come from the herb garden on the roof of our hotel, which our head chef planted himself.

Our “fresh and lively” selection

Hearty cheese completes our selection of delights. The various juices at the juice bar promise vitamins in liquid form. And tea lovers can browse through the extensive range of different teas.

We are happy to prepare lactose- and gluten-free breakfast specialties for you. Thank you for letting us know your wishes in this regard when you make your reservation.

The chickens enjoy their life in the open air at the foot of the Steinernes Meer and in the Styrian Enns Valley. That is important to us. And we are convinced that eggs from happy hens simply taste better.
