What you can look forward to during your apprenticeship

In your first two years of training, you will learn how to deal with guests and how to look after them:

• Advice on menu and beverage selection
• Professional serving (flambéing, filleting, carving, etc.)
• Covering tables and boards
• Organization of banquets and receptions

In the following two years of your apprenticeship, you will look behind the scenes of the company:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Support and information for guests
• Using the room plan
• Correspondence
• Cash management and accounting
• Warehousing and various organizational activities in the kitchen, service and housekeeping areas
