What you can look forward to during your apprenticeship

Three wonderful years of apprenticeship in which you will acquire the following skills:

• Plan menus, calculate the quantity of ingredients required, calculate prices for the menu
• Buying, receiving and correctly storing food
• Prepare the workplace (“post”) and prepare the required tools
• Use different working techniques, cooking methods, work equipment and appliances
• Keep the post clean, clean equipment and tools after use
