Chef de Partie Patisserie (m/f/d) full-time.

Your area of responsibility

• They prepare excellent desserts, sweet dishes and cakes and ensure that the food is presented attractively
• You create the mise en place
• You handle food and raw materials carefully and responsibly
• You will be involved in the planning, organization and coordination of kitchen processes at your post
• They ensure our high quality standards and an optimal process in compliance with hygiene standards and guidelines

Your profile

• You have completed training and have experience in upscale gastronomy (kitchen)
• You are familiar with hygiene standards and have very good product and technical knowledge
• You are a flexible team player who your colleagues can rely on
• You inspire with your high level of commitment and initiative
• You have a very good command of German and English and a valid work permit
