Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) full-time.

Your area of responsibility

• You organize and are responsible for a smooth service process
• You are jointly responsible for the management, organization and training of the service team
• You are the contact person for complaints and questions from our guests in the F&B outlets
• You carry out the operational planning of events in consultation with our Group & Event department
• They ensure our high quality standards and an optimal process in compliance with hygiene standards and guidelines
• You use your expertise to assist our international guests with their choice of food and drinks

Your profile

• You have completed a relevant apprenticeship and already have experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
• You have in-depth specialist knowledge of food and beverages
• You have a very good command of German and English
• You are a flexible team player on whom your colleagues can rely
• You inspire with your high level of commitment, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
• You have high quality standards and an eye for detail
• You already have knowledge of our “Matrix” cash register system
