Your area of responsibility

• You represent our company and welcome our guests
• They ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
• You look after our guests and take care of their concerns with the utmost professionalism
• You are the interface to other departments
• You carry out administrative tasks and answer or forward telephone inquiries

Your profile

• You have completed training and have experience in the upscale hotel industry
• You have a very good command of German and English
• Ideally, you already have experience with Protel and common MS Office programs
• You are a flexible team player who enjoys working with people
• Discretion and trustworthiness are a matter of course for you
