Reservation Supervisor (m/f/d) full-time.

Your area of responsibility

• You process individual and group reservations
• You answer telephone and written inquiries with the utmost professionalism
• You create offers and contracts and actively up- and cross-sell
• You are the interface to other departments
• You carry out administrative tasks such as managing online portals

Your profile

• You have completed training and have experience in the upscale hotel industry
• You have a very good command of German and English
• Ideally, you already have experience with Protel and the common MS Office programs
• You are a flexible team player who enjoys working with people
• Good self-organization as well as a precise and structured way of working are a matter of course for you
