Arrival
We will be happy to store your suitcases for you on the day of arrival and departure. Our porters are always at your disposal.
Do I need a credit card for the booking? Why do you need my credit card details? Are they protected?
Yes, we need the credit card details as a guarantee or to prepay the booking for non-refundable promotional rates.
If a credit card is on file, we guarantee to hold your booking until your arrival.
At check-in you can then decide whether you want to pay for your booking in cash or by credit card, if it has not already been paid for in advance.
If you do not wish to send your credit card information via the Internet, you can also send it to us by fax or telephone.
Our hotel is PCI verified and therefore guarantees the protection of your data.

With a pre-authorization, an amount is reserved on your credit card by the card-issuing bank. This means that your credit card is not effectively charged.
However, you cannot dispose of the reserved amount for a certain period of time.
This procedure serves as payment security for the hotel.
In Austria, identification is mandatory.

A passport is required for NON-EU citizens
We recommend that you take a cab. Cabs are always available at the airport and cost an average of Euro 16.00 per route and vehicle. The journey takes 15-25 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
Small dogs are allowed, one dog per room. Other pets must unfortunately stay at home. The cost is € 25.00 per night.
We will be happy to organize a private transfer for you at € 60.00 each way.
Departure
On the day of departure you can use your room until 11:00 am. After your check-out, we will be happy to store your luggage free of charge on request.
You are welcome to request a late check-out at reception, subject to availability or for a fee. Our reception team is there for you 24 hours a day.
We recommend that you take a cab. Your cab can either be pre-booked or called directly at check-out. The average cost is € 16.00 per route. The journey takes 15-25 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
We are happy to offer you a free late check-out until 12 noon, subject to availability.
If you wish to use your room after 12 noon on the day of departure, charges may apply depending on the time of departure.

Our classic double rooms offer space for a maximum of 1 baby crib (suitable for children up to 2 years).
Baby cribs are free of charge and available on request and subject to availability.
A separate sofa bed is required for children over the age of 2. This is possible in our superior or family rooms or panorama suites.
Especially at weekends, most guests want to have breakfast between 9 and 10 am. We therefore recommend using the time before or after. Alternatively, you can choose between various à la carte breakfast options in our IMLAUER Sky Bar from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, also suitable for late risers. It is advisable to make a reservation at reception the evening before. If you book the buffet breakfast on site, it also costs € 30.00.
WLAN is available to our guests free of charge throughout the hotel and in all rooms. For WiFi during meetings & conferences, please contact our banquet sales team at event@imlauer.com
Our parking garage is located one block away from the hotel. Please drive to the hotel first and we will explain the shortest route to get there. The costs are Euro 25,- per night or Euro 31,- including valet parking.
We offer 5 e-charging stations where you can charge for €0.45/kWh. It is not possible to reserve a charging station.
The IMLAUER Sky Restaurant on the 6th floor offers a rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.
