We are happy to organize all kinds of tours for you. Moreover, you can buy the “Salzburg Card” to explore the city by yourself.

Our hotel is located on the “right side” of the old town.

Which equipment is available at the fitness area and when can I use the sauna?2019-01-10T11:35:07+02:00

We solely offer cardio equipment in the gym. The sauna is heated every day between 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. If you like to visit it sooner please contact the reception.

Our porter is at your disposal at any time and we are happy to store your luggage at the day of your arrival and departure.

If you like to call another room simply dial the room number. For an external phone call dial a “0”prior and then the phone number.

We serve breakfast, food and drinks from 07:00 a.m. – 10 p.m. The room service charge is € 4.50

There are two restaurants in our hotel:

Restaurant PitterKeller: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. (Tuesday to Saturday)

IMLAUER Sky Restaurant: 12 noon – 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.

In our IMLAUER Sky Bar we serve warm and cold dishes from 9 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Upon availability we are glad to offer you a late check out until 1 p.m. free of charge. If you like to stay longer than 1 p.m. we will charge fees depending on your check out time.

Yes, you need a credit card since we require it to guarantee the payment. Furthermore, we guarantee and hold your booking – thanks to your credit card details – until arrival. During check-in you can choose to pay either cash or with credit card if the booking was not already pre-paid. If you don’t want to send your credit card information to us over the internet you can also provide it via fax or telephone.

With a pre-authorization we block a certain amount on your credit card. The card will not be charged, however you will not be able to access the blocked amount of money during the time it is blocked.
This procedure serves us as a payment guarantee.

We are a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace of the IMLAUER Sky Bar or the designated smoking area in front of the hotel.

Yes, the tap water of Salzburg is known for its high quality.

The next pharmacy (called “Elisabeth-Apotheke”) is located 300m away from the hotel.

Yes, in Austria it is mandatory that a valid ID card / passport is shown upon arrival.
EU citizens need to show either a valid passport or an ID card.
Non-EU citizens are required to present a valid passport.

Is it possible to have an extra bed setup in a double room?2019-01-10T11:11:31+02:00

Our Classic double rooms offer capacities for max. 1 extra baby cot (suitable for children of up to two years).
Baby cots are free of charge and subject to availability. For older children an extra sofa bed is pulled out which is available in our superior- & family rooms and the panorama suites.

When is the best time to have breakfast?2019-01-10T11:08:30+02:00

Especially during the weekends most of the guests have their breakfast between 9 to 10 a.m.
Therefore, we recommend to seize the time before or after. Alternatively you have the choice of several à la carte breakfast options (starting from € 6.90) in our IMLAUER Sky Bar between 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We recommend to make a reservation for breakfast at the previous evening. The rich buffet breakfast costs € 20.00 per person, if not already included in your room rate.

What is the easiest and fastest way from the airport to the hotel?2019-01-10T11:06:52+02:00

We recommend to take a taxi. Taxis wait for you in front of the airport and the average price for one way is € 16.00. Depending on the traffic situation it takes about 15-25 minutes to reach the hotel.

Small dogs are allowed, one dog per room. All other pets have to stay at home.
Per night we charge € 15,-.

Our garage is located one block away from the hotel. Please park your car at our loading zone to unload your luggage and to check-in. Our team at the front desk is happy to explain the way to our garage. A parking space per night costs € 18.00 and with valet service € 23.00
