Arrival
Your room is available on the day of arrival from 3pm at the latest. We’re happy to text you if your room is ready earlier.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11am, and to check out at reception. Our reception is manned 24 hours a day.
We are happy to assist with the organisation of transfers. Please contact our team at the Hotel am Mirabellplatz for more information.
The Mirabell Congress garage is available to our guests for a fee. Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
You will receive a discount ticket from our reception staff, which you must insert at the machine BEFORE exiting the garage.
The Mirabell Congress garage is only 150 m, 2 minutes’ walk, from the Hotel am Mirabellplatz. More information can be found here.
We offer you 1 e-charging station where you can charge for € 0.45/kWh. The parking fee is € 26.00 for 24 hours. It is not possible to reserve the charging station.
Departure
You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, using an EC / ATM, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners or JCB

Salzburg’s old town: The Hotel am Mirabellplatz is located right in the centre of Salzburg’s old town. Mirabell Palace and Mirabell Gardens are 200 metres away. Mozart’s house is just a 3-minute walk away. Mozart’s place of birth is at Getreidegasse No. 9 – a nice 8-minute walk away.

The lovingly decorated IMLAUER Brasserie Mirabell has just opened right inside the palace, in the historic vaulted cellar on the ground floor—open from breakfast through dinner.
