Arrival
Your room is available on the day of arrival from 3pm at the latest. We’re happy to text you if your room is ready earlier.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11am, and to check out at reception. Our reception is manned 24 hours a day.
We are happy to assist with the organisation of transfers. Please contact our team at the Hotel am Mirabellplatz for more information.
The Mirabell Congress garage is available to our guests for a fee. No parking spaces can be reserved.
You can obtain a discount ticket from our reception staff, which you must insert at the machine BEFORE leaving the garage.

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, using an EC / ATM, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners or JCB

Salzburg’s old town: The Hotel am Mirabellplatz is located right in the centre of Salzburg’s old town. Mirabell Palace and Mirabell Gardens are 200 metres away. Mozart’s house is just a 3-minute walk away. Mozart’s place of birth is at Getreidegasse No. 9 – a nice 8-minute walk away.
The Salzburg congress centre is about 200 metres away.
Culinary
The IMLAUER Palais Mirabell does not currently have its own restaurant. We will be happy to reserve a table for you in one of our nearby IMLAUER restaurants. From the end of May 2026, we will welcome you to the new IMLAUER Brasserie Mirabell in the historic vaults on the first floor – open from breakfast to dinner.
