Some guests are currently receiving unexpected text messages or WhatsApp messages in connection with an upcoming reservation. In some of these messages, guests are asked to confirm their booking or verify payment details.

This news does not originate from IMLAUER Hotels.

Please do not click on any links, do not open any suspicious attachments and do not disclose any personal data or payment information.

⚠️ IMLAUER Hotels will never send payment or verification links via WhatsApp or SMS.

IMPORTANT to know: We only send official IMLAUER Hotels news via e-mail addresses with the following endings endings:

@imlauer.com or @mews.li.

As part of existing reservations, we will also send you – for payment authorization or booking guarantee – the following information secure payment links via our partner Mews. However, please always check the sender carefully and only click on links from trustworthy sources.

If you are unsure, please only contact us via our official contact channels. Your booking will of course remain valid.

What do we do?

To protect our guests, we have implemented additional technical and organizational security measures and are constantly working with external IT security experts on further protective measures.

What can you do?

If you have received a suspicious message, do not click on any links it contains.

If you have already entered personal data or payment information, we recommend that you contact your bank or credit card company as a precautionary measure to discuss possible protective measures.
