IMLAUER HOTELS & RESTAURANTS WIN AT THE ALC SALZBURG

We are delighted to have received a special award: IMLAUER Hotels & Restaurants took second place in the large company category in Salzburg at this year’s ALC – an award for quality and sustainable entrepreneurship.

This recognition fills us with great pride – because it shows that economic success and responsible corporate management can go hand in hand. The ALC evaluates companies not only according to key figures, but also according to stability, innovative strength and future viability – and it is precisely these values that guide our daily actions.

A prestigious prize

The ALC – short for “Austria’s Leading Companies” – is an important Austrian business competition organized by “Die Presse” together with “KSV1870” and “PwC Austria”. The winners are determined on the basis of objective key figures over the last three financial years – e.g. sales development, profitability and financial stability. This makes the ALC not just an award, but a reliable benchmark for economic excellence in Austria.

Each province is judged separately in the categories of small, medium-sized and large companies and the awards are presented to the winners at ceremonial galas. We were particularly delighted that the award ceremony for the federal state of Salzburg took place this year in the Pitter Saal of the IMLAUER Hotel Pitter Salzburg took place. This evening was therefore very special for us in two respects, as we were not only winners of an award, but were also able to host this special event.

IMLAUER Hotels & Restaurants was already honored with an ALC Award in the “Small Business” category in 2017. We are all the prouder that we have now – as a grown large company – been honored again.
