Our protective measures ensure your safety. Whether it’s training and further education, congresses or training courses, our prevention measures ensure that you meet in a safe environment.

Our spacious rooms offer enough room to maintain sufficient distance between tables and chairs. Our trained staff will be happy to assist you with the seating arrangements and allocation or the organization of your event. We plan the events in such a way that there is no mixing between different groups of guests. Accordingly, the premises and entrances are clearly signposted. Floor markings were installed in the waiting and foyer areas to provide a better overview.

Mindfulness, hygiene and cleaning are the key

Our employees have been specially trained in the legal measures. All publicly accessible areas in our buildings, especially door handles, elevator buttons, banisters, chairs, armrests, etc., are regularly disinfected. Cleaning materials, provided they are not disposable wipes, should be replaced several times a day. The use of shared objects is avoided as far as possible.

In all IMLAUER establishments, we have installed information boards with the currently applicable hygiene guidelines. Disposable gloves and face masks are available for our guests if required. There are also dispensers with disinfectant for individual hand cleaning in several places in the building.

Our employees are vaccinated in accordance with the “3-G regulation”, have recovered and are tested regularly. Additional plexiglass panels were installed at the reception.

With a good feeling at the table

The tablecloths in the catering and event area are changed after each guest, tables without tablecloths, menus and trays are cleaned and disinfected after a single use. To avoid sharing milk jugs, sugar shakers, etc., we currently have to resort to individually packaged products in some cases.

Safe hospitality

With the “Safe Hospitality” initiative, we are committed to complying with safety and hygiene measures. Our employees regularly take part in testing for the Covid-19 virus.
