During the Salzburg Festival our kitchen team will spoil you in the IMLAUER Sky Restaurant led by award-winning chef Dominik Münch will treat you to special culinary highlights.

Extended kitchen opening hours until 11.00 p.m. ensure that you can still enjoy your meal after the performances.

Squid & chanterelles served with tomato salad “old varieties” and passion fruit dressing

Andalusian-style gazpacho with strawberries and confit prawns

Saddle of veal au gratin with herb jus served with watercress, tomato and pointed cabbage and crispy porcini mushroom slices

Turbot confit in brown butter with spelt risotto served with kohlrabi beurre blanc and trout roe
